Jeff,
I think I can scrape up $100 cash. I will bring that and an old
cigar box I use to keep it in. I think we can decide who does what
when we get there.

Bryant and Mark,
I need you two to coordinate the monies for
Fredfest. Well be taking in table rental cash ($20 for two
tables & $5 for each additional). Try to limit it to 4
tables, but you can be flexible if space permits. Bryant will
have receipts that each tailgater will display on their table.
We should start taking table money at 0630, but not let
tailgaters in until 0700, general public at 0800. Exceptions
are the FARC table and any ARRL folks.
Chances for the door prizes are $1 for 1,
$2 for 3, and $5 for 10. Have them put their name, call sign,
and phone number on the back of each ticket and then deposit
them in the drum. They dont need to be present to win. Prizes
are two $50 and two $25 ARRL gift certificates, and other
prizes. Drawings will be approx. every half hour. I can take
care of the drawings.
I think a bank of $100 should do, and I
dont see a problem taking checks. Dont see a reason to keep
funds separate (table rental, door prize money, and club table
sales). We should initially have two people selling tables,
two selling chances, one person at the door, and two on the
club table. Ill bring two or three nail aprons to keep loose
cash, but well need a cash box for general funds. I might
have one if either of you dont have one.
