[FARC] Field Day

[Jeff Fishman]

1400 is the start time for QSOs, but I'm thinking that we should start
putting up antennas at around 1200 as it will take at least an hour.

Should I bring the tower later in the day?  I though people would be there
earlier in the morning, but Jeff is indicating that 1400 is the start time.
