[FARC] New repeater

Hi everyone,

   I have a few notes for everyone on the new repeater.  The repeater is setup in auto / auto mode which means, if it receives a traditional FM signal it will repeat that same signal back out and if it receives a Fusion (C4FM) signal it repeat that back out as well.

   That means that you could hear on the FM side what sounds like noise but it is digital data.  To avoid hearing the noise when it is digital if you setup a receive tone in your Tone Squelch settings the same as the transmit tone (100.0) you will only hear the FM repeater.  The tone is not transmitted for digital, only analog.  If you set the receive tone, I do not think you will get the CW ID that is transmitted every 10 minutes because that is sent without a tone.

   I have temporarily setup my Wires-X node to work with the repeater and it by default connects to the America Link room.  But feel free to change rooms and experiment with the Wires-X.
