[FARC] FARC 64 repeater reset!

Success! After much cajoling, research, and a little cursing, the FARC
146.640 repeater clock has finally been reset. My apologies to anyone who
has been put off by the approximate  15 minute time shift, but I finally got
the controller to acknowledge my commands after multiple attempts. I'll make
sure to reset the time for DST next month.

 

Please continue to make use of our repeater and let me know if you have any
problems.
