Subject: 2015 MDC SET Planning Meeting Minutes (well, sorta)  GM Guyz! First I'd like to thank all those who supported the Planning meeting either in person or on the Skype phone-in. We appreciate you finding time in your "beezee' schedulr to join us. Attached, you will find updates to the  presentation I gave.  Updates include the increase of five, I stated in the email, and nine I show in the slides to 11, the number of counties currently agreeing to play in the SET.  They are:    
   - ALLE
   - ANNR
   - CARO
   - CARR
   - CALV
   - CECI
   - CHAS
   - GARR
   - PRGE
   - MONT
   - WASH
If I have this incorrect, or omitted some one I have missed, or needs to be updated based on you intentions to let us know at a later date, I NEED TO KNOW SOON TO KEEP THE RECORDS CORRECT. Those counties NOT on the map and wish to play or planning to play in the exercise, please let me know as soon as possible. Attached also, is the minutes of the Planning meeting with agreed actions to be taken by the names associated with them. Those who are members of multiple clubs and associated organizations, I urge you to talk this up and encourage them to be a part of learning experience.  The updated Plan will take some time to finish, as I have another life in this world.  I will do my best to get it out as soon as I can.  Be patient. As always, if you have any questions that might need to be addressed in the plan, please get them to me as soon as possible.
