Subject: [FARC] 2m Contest


The Frederick Amateur Radio Club will be having a 2m simplex contest from  
7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Saturday September 20. We will be operating in the  
146.4 to 146.61 range. The idea is to make as many contacts as possible on 
2m  simplex during that time.
 
The exchange is the call sign and name. Certificates for most verified  
contacts will be awarded for low power (10w or under) and high power (over 
10w).  Contestants can participate from their QTH, mobile or pedestrian mobile. 
Be sure  to include your power category along with your logs. Your log 
should include  Name, call sign, your contact information and the name and call 
sign of the  contact. Submit your logs by October 20 to:
