[FARC] FARC in the paper!

We are going to setup at the red cross chapter house. I will setup my RV,
there were only a couple of guys showing interest, but we will see who comes
out to play.  I will have a couple of radios including QRP. I can put up
several antennas so we should be OK.


We continue to tinker with the MESH. I hope to meet with Tim (N3VNG) to work
out the use at the 06 site. He has some reservations, but maybe we can work
it out.
