[FARC] Packet Net

I would like to do a monthly Frederick County basic packet net following the 7:30 PM, Monday ARES net on the first Monday of each month. The idea behind this is to keep everyone who has any kind of packet capability up to speed on how to use it in an emergency. This can be a very valuable resource when there is a need to pass sensitive or lengthy communications between places such as Red Cross shelters, hospitals, EOC, etc.

If you have any experience in this type of net, please let me know how you recommend we do this, and you don't have to be a member of ARES/RACES to participate.
