[FARC] 501 C(3) Status

Finally, after 14 months, a response from the IRS.

Got a letter with another form to sign but It looks like we are
getting close to being a tax exempt organization again.  We could not get
a retroactive reinstatement due to Joe Durnal's total and abject negligence
so the effective date will either be May of 2013 when I filed the 26 page
application for reinstatement or August of 2014 when I mail the second 
form.
