The Frederick Board of County Commissioners and Emergency Management Division will hold an informational briefing for public safety partners about the availability of the new Text to 9-1-1 service for Verizon Wireless customers in Frederick County.  The briefing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, in the first floor meeting room of the Law Enforcement Center, 110 Airport Drive East, Frederick, Md.
