[FARC] Monetary Support for MADXRA

Just wrote a check for $100 to MADXRA which will go in the mail tomorrow.
This was suggested by Jeff Fishman (KB3FIO)at the January meeting and
approved by the membership at that same meeting.

Thought some of you would like to know that this has been done.
