[FARC] Requested Action on Reflector

I will defer that answer to the goup, however we are giving that option
to stay on the list even if not a member.  There are however many
addresses that are bouncing, and it needs to be cleaned up. Hence the
reason for this.

All people need to do is to let me know. Suggest reading the message
again, and I quote from the message:

"If you are not a member of FARC, but wish to stay subscribed please
also let me know."

Hopefully folks will follow the other item in the message and not spam
the reflector as well.
