[FARC] FARC Tour of Satalite Communications Facility

Considering the reach on the 147.060 repeater since it's linked to the Target Link system and therefore the WAN-RS, I'll be monitoring W3ICF's 146.730 repeater as well to talk anyone in for the tour.
Thanks to MADXRA and W3ICF for maintaining their repeaters for all us hams in the area. I don't talk much on the local repeaters, but I usually have those 2 tuned in on my HT and keep an ear on the chatter.
