I don't have the details but you can contact our club president Jim Ridgley
at 301-662-6557 to get this info. Jim is collecting the list of names to
submit for security clearances (this is a secure facility). I am pretty sure
that the date is 19 Nov but check with Jim to be sure and find out what time
and where to meet.

Got your membership application in the mail today along
with your check for $15. Thanks. The membership will have
to vote on your application at our next regular meeting
to make it official but I am quite certain that it will
be approved.

I am going to suggest that the $15 should count for the
last two months of 2012 and all of 2013. This will also
have to be approved by the membership.

All FARC members:  An invitation was given at the  last FARC meeting to 
anyone interested in touring the satellite communications  facility at Ft 
Detrick.  SSG Justin Brock (K2ZBM), stationed at the  facility, will provide
the 
authorities the identification data to  allow the facility to do a 
background  check needed to provide  access.  All who want to attend need to
contact 
me with full name, social  security number and country of citizenship.  I 
will collect the information  and provide it to Justin.  I can accept email
or 
if you are uncomfortable  with putting such sensitive information in email 
format, call me.  My home  number is 301-662-6557.  I recommend you provide 
the information ASAP so I  can get it to Justin. This tour will be our 
November meeting, unless there is  some extremely pressing issue that we
must
