[FARC] ARES Leadership changes

I am pleased to announce, that effective immediately, there will be two changes to the Amateur Radio Emergency Service Leadership positions for Frederick County.

Bill Reinhardt, N3TCR, will be taking over the Assistant Emergency Coordinator (AEC) position held by Eric Gammeter, N8AAY. Eric will remain as our primary American Red Cross liason, and his many years of service to ARES (as AEC and EC) are greatly appreciated.

Curtis Campbell, KB3WHX, will be assuming the AEC position previously held by Joe Durnal, NE3R. Rick Ogden, N3RO, will remain in his position also as an AEC for Frederick County ARES.

Both gentlemen are well qualified for their new positions, and I am looking forward to working with them to expand the digital communications and Emcomm capabilities of ARES in Frederick County.
