Lester,

Bummer on the ankle.  I sure hope its healing ok, whatever the sprain, break 
or what. Both my ankles have been broken, 2 screws in my left ankle, right 
arm broken 2 times, right wrist broken once,  left arm broken once, left 
wrist broken once, ribs broken ,  bone in right foot broken , bones in both 
hands broken, not fun but  in time they do heal. All that from 8 years to 68 
years old. Been break free for a few years now.
