According  to the below web site the Radio Shack PRO-94 will not  work with rebanding.

Dear all,

Does anyone know how to program a Radio Shack 800 mHz  handheld to the new Frederick County fire frequencies.  I am asking for a friend who has vision problems but he does have the manual.
