[FARC] ARES Net repeater change!

For this evening's 7:30 Frederick ARES net, we will be using the 146.640- (PL 156.7) FARC repeater. Whenever the 147.060 MADXRA machine is down (which it is tonight), this is the repeater we will use until further notice. Our primary backup simplex will remain 146.580. Also, don't forget the 10M net at 8:15 on 28.480 USB.
