Subject: [FARC] FARC Demonstration Web Site

Greetings All. As of the last meeting, we are looking at options to present
our best face forward.

This would be the first step, and a technology overhaul, to present the best
face of FARC out to the public.

It will not increase our membership numbers by itself, without much more
effort on several fronts.

It does provide a starting point, and will begin the collaborative effort,
and effective communications within the organization.

Although the site is a "demo" it does provide a real taste test of what is
to come. The "Live" site would only be created if it is adopted, and of
course it would be much more polished, and all functionality brought to
bear.

Please take a look at your convenience over the next day or so. Test drive
it if you will.

We would very much like your feedback. So please Vote in the Poll.

The one problem that we face is that there is apparently no Wi-Fi connection
at our current meeting host site. Or at least there was not when a scan for
a connection was done at the last meeting.

I can demonstrate the backend to those interested, provided we have a
network connection, at their request once we are completing the live site,
should that happen. Training on the operation/backend of the site should
take about 30 minutes. Yes it is that easy.

Regards,

Curtis - KB3WHX
