As the recently appointed Treasurer of the FARC, I need to verify that our records are correct with respect to the current status of members. In other words, "Have you paid your dues for 2012"?

If you paid the $15 for 2012 please email me at m.e.whitmore at comcast.net and let me know.

If you have not paid them you can do so by mailing a check for $15 made out to FARC. The address is FARC, P.O.Box 1260, Frederick Maryland 21702-0260.

You may alternatively bring cash or check to the next meeting on September 17th. Please let me know via email if you plan to do it this way.

At the present time, the annual dues are our only source of income and we have some services that we need pay for on a continuing basis. Two examples are $62 for our post office box and $72 to send you this email and host our web page. This requires almost nine members to support these two relatively minor expenses.

Please take a few minutes to email me and let me know if you have paid your $15 or if you intend to
mail a check or fork it over at the September meeting.
