[FARC] Red Cross Shelter Training Class 8/22

For any ham interested in being able to do emergency communications at any Red Cross shelter that may be set up in a disaster, a one evening Shelter Operations class will be held at the Frederick County Chapter in Walkersville on Wednesday, August 22nd from 6 to 9 PM. NOAA has just upped their predictions for this year's hurricane season, so now is the time to get shelter qualified. This is the only requirement for emcomm communications support and no background check is required.
