Hi All:  A reminder that the Frederick Amateur Radio Club  will meet Monday 
evening at 7 PM at the Independent Fire Company on  Baughman's Lane in 
Frederick.  We will be voting on the "redone"  Constitution and By-laws so 
please be ready to discuss your issues.  The  Constitution and By-Laws are on our 
web page.  Click on Official Papers on  the left side of the opening page 
and the papers will be presented.   Hope to see everyone at the meeting.
