[FARC] The bands are open!

I am probably telling you all what you have already found out. Ten and fifteen meter bands are opening.  Fifteen and ten meter bands were  open for the ARRL phone contest this past week end.  Monday morning and today (Tuesday) ten meters was open to Europe on CW.  Conditions were not great on ten meters but, by Gosh, signals were in there and easily workable even with my limited facilities.  In past years when the cycles began to peak, you could find a few signals in there and in a few weeks the ten meter band would be chocked full with loud signals from all over the world.  As the old saying goes, "Keep your eyes wide open and your ears to the ground." (Or something like that).  At any rate, I am thrilled death to see some activity perking up.
