[FARC] September Frederick Amateur Radio Club Meeting

Unfortunately I won't be able to make the meeting but I'd sure love to be there!
 
I bought a Kantronics TNC: KPC-3 to do APRS with GPS, but every time I read the KPC-3 manual on how to hook it up I get confused. It's got to be simple but these guys really know how to muddy the waters with their pin-out descriptions.

If someone has done this with a KPC-3 could you tell me how? Also, what software should I use, where do I download it from, the APRS org site?
