[FARC] Frederick County roads closed lists

At the last FARC meeting there was a brief discussion  concerning a list 
showing local roads closed due to high water (or other  reasons).  The two web 
sites below addresses FREDERICK COUNTY  roads.  I have not yet found a 
place that lists State and US highways that  are closed locally.  If anyone 
knows a web site that shows these roads  closed (in a timely manner), please let
