[FARC] Skywarn Winter Storm Class

All Skywarn  Participants:   
The  Loudoun County,  VA Office of Emergency Management is offering the  
Skywarn Winter Storm Class December 16, 2010.  The class will begin at 7PM  at 
their Fire Training Center located at 16600 Courage Court, Leesburg, VA  
20175. The auditorium is excellent and just off Rt 15 at Leesburg.  The class 
is a good overview of winter weather threats in the Mid-Atlantic  region.    
 I have taken the course and recommend it for anyone  interested in 
understanding how/why winter storms affect us. Skywarn  Basic 1 is a prerequisite
