Hi Bob,
I'm interested in the whole package. I just moved to the area (Frederick) and I'm looking to buy a house. Can you give me the address so I can google map the place and see if it's within the commute time I'm looking for. Can you also tell me if the 5 acres is wooded or not and whether it has a basement? Is it listed with a real estate co. at this time?
Thanks,
Rick Etzel, AD4FP

A friend of mine is planning a move to Florida, and asked me to see if
anyone on the list might be interested in acquiring his tower and beam.
The tower is a 50-foot Glen Martin aluminum crank-up model, with hazer
and rotator. (I believe the rotator is one of the Yaesu models, not
sure which.)
The antenna is a Sommer 7-band beam, covering the 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30
and 40 meter bands.
Whatever coax and rotator wiring can be salvaged from the existing
installation is available free with the tower and beam, if wanted.
If interested, please let me know by direct email or by phone at
301-831-5060. The Florida-bound Ham will be out of town for the next
week, so I offered to field any inquiries.
If interested but you'd rather not be bothered with taking down, hauling
and re-installing the tower and antenna, the 5-acre lot it sits on is
also available. The lot features a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1-Ham Shack
single-level brick house. It's all located in Carroll County, not far
from the Beautiful and Historic town of Mount Airy, Maryland.
