[FARC] How to move up to General class?

Your current Technician license and a photo ID (plus whatever $ the VEC 
may charge) will get you a seat at the exam table; the rest is up to 
you, and it sounds like you've done your homework. 

Bring the original license if you have it, and make a couple of copies 
in case they don't have a working copier available.  They'll need at 
least one copy for their records.

It also may not hurt to download and fill out the upgrade form ahead of 
time and bring it with you, just to save a bit of hassle.  It will 
probably be the NCVEC Form 605 which is available from the ARRL web site.
