[FARC] 145.75 packet

Sounds great, Rolan!  My packet station is currently up on 145.750 today (PBBS N3TCR-1, node N3TCR-7).  My home QTH is a couple miles from Robinwood so hopefully you should be able to connect to it.  I will try your packet station tonght when I get home.

I put the 145.75 packet back upon the mountain this morning and it checks out from my qth. 

It is on the high antenna so it should be in good shape for the exercise this weekend.

PBBS is W3FDK-9 and digipeat is W3FDK-3
