FYI.....

My XYL has relatives in Santiago, Talcahuano and Concepcion.  We 
understand from XYL's family in various parts of Santiago that TLX and 
CCP have no power, water, or telephone service.  As of this date/time, 
neither we, nor those in Santiago have had any contact with either of 
those locations.  Family in Santiago has water and phone but power is 
either off or unstable, at this time.  I don't think too many amateurs 
have emergency power down there, either.  It may take a few days, or 
more, to see what's up.  Will ADZ if we get any additional info.
