[FARC] MD QSO Party Operating hours Correction

operating times:
Saturday local time: Noon to midnight
Sunday local time: Noon to 8:00 PM.

I expect a reporter and photographer from the Frederick News Post to arrive around 10:30 on Sat.  If you want a chance to be in the story, come early and look pretty for the pictures.

I am planning to go to the hamfest early on Sunday for a couple of hours. I'll be back by 11:00am.
