[FARC] Hyperlinks Not Working?

Kirk,
I don't think the reflector has anything against hyperlinks as such.
Their software may filter *certain* links that are on some spam list or
otherwise deemed objectionable by whoever set it up, but in general,
hyperlinks can get through unscathed.
The surest way for anyone wanting to post a hyperlink to the list is to
simply type in the link, starting with the usual http://etc. Of
course, some links are very long and gibberish-like, and if you commit a
typo, the link won't be any good to anyone either.
So if you prefer or are forced to do a copy-and-paste, be careful to
copy only the link, and not a bunch of HTML with the link buried in it
somewhere. The reflector software *does* reject a lot of (but not all)
HTML.
Check to see if your browser and email programs support a right-click on
a link to do a "copy link location" (or words to that effect). This
approach copies only the link to the Windows clipboard, dropping off any
extraneous HTML, and allows you to paste the link only into an email to
the FARC reflector. This should work (most of the time).
