Here's the progress so far:

Still experimenting with DF receive antennas.
Obtained 12 working gel cells to power the foxes
Obtained 8 working Icom-2AT HT's to use as foxes
Converted non-working battery packs to DC converters to work with the gel
cells Identified morse code controller with timers, etc. (Byonics Pic-Con)

Next Phase:

Need help building at least six antennas for the foxes. Plans are available.
