[FARC] NOISE

Hey Howard, good to hear from you.  Hope you're doing OK.

On the NOISE question, I read that a new Mexican restaurant opened in 
Frederick in the last couple of days, out on Buckeystown Pike.  The 
noise you heard could be a related celebration.  Or, it could be that 
they simply forgot to soak the frijoles overnight, you know, being new 
and still getting their act together, etc. ...
