[FARC] Cub Scout Weblos Communicator Activity Badge

Has anyone ever wrapped a program around the Cub Scout Weblos
communicator activity badge?  I'll be doing that very thing next week
but I'm not sure where to begin :).  The communicator activity badge
is more about communicating in general, and less about the technology:
