[FARC] Hamfests

Personally, I don't think any Hamfest within a reasonable driving 
distance compares to Berryville, which really has a lot going for it.  
Of the remaining ones, CARAFest sounds like it should be good this year 
(they're sharing the HoCo Fairgrounds with a "home show" of some kind, 
which could help attendance), and after that, the CCARC Hamfest is 
always pretty nice.
