[FARC] Doug Strobel KB3HAM SK

I fondly remember Doug, although I haven't seen him in a few years. Last 
time, I think, was at a J-Pole construction party hosted by Mike K3MMB. 
We did talk quite a bit on the air, though.

Doug always gave me the impression that he lived life by the motto 
"carpe diem." He seemed to relish every new experience, every new QSO. 
He was a good guy all around, and I'll miss him and his friendly voice 
on the bands.

Rest in peace, Doug, and thanks for all you showed us about how to live.
