I've received an email from a gentleman who has been unsuccessful in 
programming his UNIDEN BC92XLC hand-held scanner after repeated 
attempts, and is requesting help from any FARC list member(s) who might 
have the requisite knowledge. 

Any takers?  If so, please let me know and I'll send you his contact 
information. 

(He also said he'd try to make the meeting tomorrow, but wasn't certain 
he'd be able to.)
