[FARC] Call for Help - Presidential Inauguration Communications

Details are still a little sketchy, but they know that operators will
be needed at RFK stadium for shifts starting at 4AM to help with
shuttle bus communications.  They are requesting that operators have a
dual band handheld (2 meter & 70cm) with sufficient battery supply.

I still haven't finalized my personal transportation plan, but I
expect to be on hand for more than one shift (if you've ever done an
ARES even with me, you know I tend to stay for the duration if I can).

Some other county ECs are preparing to have local net operations with
staffing at their local EOCs and hospitals.  That might be overkill
for Frederick County, but I'd like to cobble together a plan for this
just in case so stay tuned.
