[FARC] NVIS Activity Sunday April 5, 6 - 8 PM Eastern Daylight Time

Unless there is considerable objection, lets plan for the NVIS
activity on Sunday, April 5 from 6 to 8 PM with the goal of being able
to get on the air at 6, arriving early for setup.

We'll want at least three teams, with the gear to get on the air on
75/80 meters and 40 meters.  I'll be scouting some locations in the
county that would be ideal for operating, something on the east side
of the mountain, maybe the club station, something on the west near
middletown or myersville, and something to the north near thurmont.

Can I get a couple of volunteers for teem leaders for those areas?
I'll take the one nobody else wants :).
