[FARC] ARES/RACES Courses

I know this was brought up at our last FARC meeting but I have forgotten the details.  What courses are now required to participate in ARES/RACES activities or to become a member of ARES/RACES.  I have the 100 and 700 level FEMA courses and thought I understood there were some 800 level courses now required.  

Also there are ARRL courses in addition to the FEMA courses, which ones of these are required if any?
