[FARC] WinAPRS

Joe, I just tried to install WinAPRS from here http://www.winaprs.com/<http://www.winaprs.com/>  and none of it works.  The unzip and install bombs because it can't find a maps folder and I attempted to download maps from the recommended sites and this fails because none of the recommended map download sites are accessible.  The site above was last updated in 1996.
