[FARC] Solar Minimum

Hey All,
Personally, I think this is funny! Its like what,
everything that goes wrong is Humanity's fault, and everything that
goes right is just some cosmic accident!? Anomalies are a part of the
Universe. Period. The actual effect brought about by humans is
minimal, compared to the natural disasters like wildfires, tsunamis,
volcanic eruptions, and solar radiation! This world is lucky to have
lasted THIS long. And frankly, we're right about on track for a major
disaster to come around and do a little aggressive population
reduction.
For example:
Plagues come roughly every 100 years... Haven't had one of those in
about 110, thanks to science and medicine.
The Earth, just like every other organism, is programmed to find
equilibrium. I'm not saying we COULDN'T screw it up. I'm just saying
our influence is less important that your ego seems to think it is.
Only a species as arrogant as man, would say that they hold the only
power over the lives and futures of such vast dominion.
On a side note, the number of people on the US committee for
environmental protection, who actually support the "our fault"
viewpoint is down to less than 100. The number originally was much
higher, but the science does not back up that claim. There are now
more than 10,000 respected environmental scientists who are willing to
admit that our current state of "warming" is a natural phenomena. (By
the way, have you looked at a thermometer lately? Oh great, now were
in a mini-ice age! Yeah... sure, Mr. Political Tool Panic!)
This current state is natural, but politicians know that panic is good
for business - their business... of getting elected and stealing our
freedoms! Panic breeds fear. Fear breeds complacency. Complacency
breeds control. (Take the war, for instance.) In the long run, what
we do is a blip on the radar.
I'm tired of hearing this extremist "the world is ending" crap keep
getting tossed around. It is propaganda, and a way of undermining
what is left of the truth!
If you think I'm wrong, keep it to yourself. I've had enough!
Sorry if this offends you, but I loathe people who ignore truth. It
shows a lack of brain function, and a lack of appreciation for
discovery.
If you have read this far, I assume you agree. To quote a great
philosopher: "Only by doubting, can we arrive at the truth."
(Granted, that is a slight paraphrase.)
Thanks to ACTUAL Evidence,
Proudly Signed,
Joshua Sullivan
