I omitted one detail on TIA-222-G
Per Annex B:
"Mountainous terrains and gorges shall be examined for unusual wind, wind on 
ice and ice conditions".

>From some of the problems you have described in the past, I would think your 
QTH is a prime example of unusual conditions.
Work up sheets I have seen in the past, location and elevation are now 
typically requested by any PE consulting firm.
