[FARC] ARES SET/Packet

Just curious, isn't there an ARES Simulated Emergency Test drill scheduled for some time in the Spring?  Hope I haven't missed it, but I just wanted know if Packet is under any kind of consideration for use in ARES/RACES drills or operations.   Some counties and states use Packet, some don't and I just wondered if Frederick County ARES/RACES had an existing policy on the use/non-use of Packet for emcomm.   Not talking about APRS here, but the old 1200 baud Packet, which yes, still works and works well.
