[FARC] Need a TV Converter Coupon?

Does anyone need a genuine, U.S. Government Issue $40 coupon* for a 
digital-to-analog TV converter box?  If so, please email or call me.  
I'd hate to see it go to waste.  I only needed and requested one, but 
they seem to be issuing two to everyone.
