[FARC] Windows Retro

FYI all, I was just checking the Dell web site for computers and found that most models come pre-loaded with Windows Vista, no surprise there.  On certain models though they'll pre-load Windows XP Professional for a $150 charge and no they won't put serial ports in it.  

For Ham digital lovers you better be babying those old XP machines!
