[FARC] TAK-40 group buy

I just heard back from Jim Veatch, creator of the $50 QRP 40m radio in
the most recent QST. We have an opportunity to get the boards very
reasonably. I'll copy his note below. Please respond to let me know if
you're interested. I'll need to know if you want the PCBs, the PIC or
both.

Hi David,

Here is the latest pcb file and most up to date schematic. I'm currently
organizing a group buy and we're up to 22 sets of PCB's current price is
less than $23 per set. If you want in, I'll need to know the quantity
but noon tomorrow because that's when I'm placing the order. An email
commitment is all that is necessary you can pay me later. If you order a
few sets the price will get even cheaper. I can also send programmed PIC
with the PCB's for $5.00 per PIC.
