[FARC] VE session for the Father's Day Hamfest

Phil,
Just to add to the list of "freebies" for the dedicated Hams who make VE 
testing possible at the Father's Day Hamfest, there's free admission to 
the Hamfest, including a ticket to enter into the prize drawings.
