You might also want to have a look at the PSK series kits from Small 
Wonder Labs - see http://www.smallwonderlabs.com and select "PSK31".  
They currently make versions for 80, 40, 30, and 20 meters.   $135 for 
complete kit with case (except the 80 meter kit which is about $55 
without a case).  Easy to build, and surprisingly good performance.  The 
downside is that he's a one-man band and delivery time can sometimes 
stretch out for a bit.  The Shipping Status link lists the names of 
people who have current orders and what the shipping date for each order 
will be.
